Synergy Family Services (SFS) has been our founder, Mandi Makoni's biggest aspiration since 2011. Between 2011 and 2018 she fulfilled her passion working in the community through probation and providing day treatment services through various organizations. As a young single mom, working two jobs and caring for her four children, Mandi had the urge to follow her heart. She leaped for all things she is passionate  about within our community and took the first step in founding, SFS.  Mandi overcame multiple challenges, prevailed through a global pandemic and over-seeded the expectations of opening a new human service agency to serve our community. Because SFS bridges the gaps by offering services to the entire community such as peer support, we distinguish from other agencies by providing this support and more to families during and after they are in our care. We look for passion driven individuals who are truly here to plant seeds of success in all the lives we touch. We hope you join our Synergy Family Team and look forward to answering any questions.
